Join us as a Product Specialist, Telemarketing, where you'll have the opportunity to market personal line products to customers through outbound efforts and provide exceptional service for inbound sales inquiries.&nbsp;</li>
<li>You will also take charge of achieving sales goals and finding new ways to grow your customer base with cross-selling and up-selling strategies.</li>

<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Achieve sales target KPIs, call quality and operational standards;</li>
<li>Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling;</li>
<li>Handle and follow up with customer enquiries with confidence;</li>
<li>Convert leads provided by the bank to sales through telemarketing activities;</li>
<li>Ensure calls are conducted with full adherence to regulations and in line with Quality Assurance standards;</li>
<li>Liaise with internal departments on policy fulfillment;</li>
<li>Takes accountability in considering business and regulatory compliance risks and takes appropriate steps to mitigate the risks.</li>
<li>Highlights any potential concerns /risks and proactively shares best risk management practices.</li>
