Job Description

• Oversee end-to-end project quality management to ensure product compliance and performance. 
• Proactively identify quality risks, implement preventive actions, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. 
• Monitor and analyze quality metrics (PPM, internal defects, customer complaints) to achieve defined quality targets. 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and suppliers to resolve quality issues and improve processes. 
• Lead root cause analysis and support internal and external audits to enhance overall customer satisfaction. 
• Continuous improvement initiatives to reduce scrap, rework & defects. 
• Work closely with production, engineering, and suppliers to ensure quality across the entire supply chain.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Quality, Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, or related field). 
• 3–4 years of experience in quality engineering, process improvement, or supplier/customer quality within a manufacturing environment. 
• Proficient in quality tools, methodologies, and problem solving such as 8D / Root Cause. 
• Communication with cross-function.
