Job Descriptions & Responsibilities:

• Oversee & Co-ordinate all aspects of construction to ensure smooth operations.
• Provide regular updates on construction activities, including timelines, milestone and any potential issues that may arise.
• Ensure that projects are executed according to technical specifications, within budget and to be on time.
• Optimize the use of manpower, materials, equipment, and subcontractors to ensure efficient and productive operations.
• Attend site meetings, engage in discussions, and prepare timely and accurate reports on project progress.
• Ensure that clients’ needs and expectations are met through regular communication and collaborations.
• Ensure smooth daily operations by identifying and resolving any problems that arise.

Job Requirements

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Civil Engineering or any other related field.
• 2 to 3 years of working experience in Palm Oil / Agriculture Engineering would be an added advantage 
• Preference will be given to someone who come from Palm Oil / Agriculture Engineering / Construction background
• Proven record of project management experience
• Able to work as a team player with other stakeholders and work independently in a dynamic environment
• Possess good skill sets on planning and execution, communication, problem solving, leadership and decision making
• Possess analytical skill and attention to details
• Resourceful, flexible and dynamic personality would be an added advantage
• Good with reporting and analysis, good skill set for excel and word and overall good Project Management abilities
• Able to converse in English & Bahasa Malaysia. Able to converse in Mandarin is an added advantage.
