Job Description

Job Purpose:

• Provide independent oversight of the project and management of the entire project from installation to contractor management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage project development from initiation to closure.
• Be accountable for project results along with project manager.
• Monitor and oversee installation and commissioning to ensure correct quality is achieved.
• Develop and define requirements, schedules, and deliverables for projects.
• Effectively manage project scope by ensuring any changes to scope are documented, approved and communicated.
• Track and report on project milestones and provide status reports to management.
• Prepare progress claims on timely manner.
• To report issues/problems and suggest solutions to project manager on timely manner.
• Ensure all project documents are properly archived following project completion.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

• Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Electrical / Mechanical preferred
• CIDB Certificate is a must
• At least 3 to 5 years of Buiding Management Systems (new building/retrofit)/HVAC Controls/Automation Systems and Project Management experience.

• Results-focused individual with a strong passion for delighting customers.
• Ability to conceptualize innovative solutions that encompass multiple perspectives, including a futuristic outlook on the ways in which the media industry will change.
• Thorough understanding of project management principles and processes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills including presentation.
• Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
• Familiarity with project management tools and/or software packages.
• Rapidly adapt and respond to changes in environment and priorities.
• Basic understanding of Electrical & Mechanical concept in building industries.
