Job Description

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales or a related role, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish long- term relationships with clients.
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities to close deals and achieve sales targets.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies, including cold calling, lead generation, and relationship building.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales-related tools.
  • Graduated in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • IT, construction & manufacturing background will be added advantage.
  • Proficiency in English & Mandarin is a must.
