• Identify and target potential customers, generating leads and converting them into sales opportunities.

• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities to identify potential business opportunities.
• Prepare sales reports and forecasts, providing accurate and timely information to the management team.
• Handle customer inquiries, resolve any issues or complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction
• Conduct cold calls, follow-up on leads, and schedule meetings with potential customers.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective sales campaigns.
• Attend industry trade shows, conferences, and networking events to expand your professional network and promote our company.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in sales or a related role, preferably in a B2B environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish long- term relationships with clients.
• Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities to close deals and achieve sales targets.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies, including cold calling, lead generation, and relationship building.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales-related tools.
• Graduated in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• IT, construction & manufacturing background will be added advantage.
• Proficiency in English & Mandarin is a must.
