Job Description

This role focuses on managing end-to-end project sales for exhibition and special design booths, working closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver customised solutions. You will be involved from initial engagement through proposal presentation, deal closing, and post-project follow-up.

The role requires strong coordination with internal design, production, and site teams to ensure projects are delivered smoothly, on time, and to client expectations, while maintaining long-term client relationships for recurring business.

Key Responsibilities

Project Sales & Client Management

• Source and engage potential clients for exhibition projects
• Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions
• Present proposals and close sales opportunities

Project Coordination

• Prepare quotations, proposals, and basic project documentation
• Coordinate with design, production, and site teams
• Attend meetings, briefings, and site visits when required

Account & Relationship Management

• Act as main point of contact throughout the project lifecycle
• Monitor project progress and support issue resolution
• Maintain strong client relationships for repeat business

Job Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Business, Marketing, Design, or related field
• Minimum 2 years experience in project sales (exhibition / ID / renovation preferred)
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Able to manage multiple projects and work independently
• Comfortable meeting sales targets and KPIs
• Good command of English and Mandarin
• Possess own transport and willing to attend site meetings
