Overview:

• As a Quantity Surveyor, your primary role is to ensure the financial health and successful progression of our projects, focusing on estimation and cost control.

Responsibilities:

Quotation & Tendering:

• Prepare and generate accurate cost estimates and quotations for various sports flooring projects.
• Ensure all quotations are properly documented and issued under the correct company entity within our group.

Site Management:

• Conduct site visits and travel to project locations for measurement, assessment, and progress tracking.
• Maintain clear and effective communication, providing a heads-up to clients and internal stakeholders when unavailable or busy (being highly responsive is key).

Cost Control:

• Assist in managing project expenses, claims, and variations to ensure projects remain within budget.

Accountability:

• Hold full accountability for assigned work and tasks, ensuring high standards of accuracy and timeliness.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

• Candidates with relevant experience in quantity surveying/construction cost control.
• Willing to learn, highly motivated, and possesses a strong sense of accountability.
• Candidates demonstrating stability in previous employment are viewed favorably.
• Willing to travel to client sites and participating in tendering process.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
