1. Tendering and Quotation

Manage delivery schedules, payment terms, and logistics to support construction progress.
5. Variation and Claim Management:
Identify site variations and additional works, prepare quotations
Submit variation orders (VOs), compile supporting documents and site instructions to ensure extra costs are claimable.
6. Progress Claims and Final Account Submission
Prepare monthly progress claims and, upon project completion, submit final accounts and retention claims while coordinating with the client and QS for reconciliation.
Minimum 3 years of working experience as a QS in M&E construction.
Familiar with Malaysian materials market and labour market.
