Job Description

We are looking for a strong Regional Commercial Director to lead the growth and expansion of the company’s own-brand business across regional markets. This role will focus on driving commercial performance through the right pricing, channel strategy, distribution planning, and market expansion approach, while supporting the next phase of growth for the brand portfolio.

The role will oversee key regional markets including Malaysia, Vietnam, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Philippines, and Singapore, while also supporting further penetration into new markets such as Indonesia. The successful candidate will directly manage Country Managers, build stronger route-to-market strategies, and drive the commercial agenda to expand brand presence and revenue across the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the commercial growth of the company’s own-brand business across regional markets
  • Develop and implement strategies to expand brand presence and strengthen market penetration across assigned countries
  • Drive channel sales, pricing strategy, distribution planning, and route-to-market effectiveness
  • Manage and provide direction to Country Managers across multiple markets
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to support revenue growth and regional expansion
  • Work closely with leadership to align commercial priorities with business growth objectives
  • Monitor market performance, customer trends, and business opportunities across the region
  • Strengthen relationships with distribution partners, channel stakeholders, and commercial counterparts in each market
  • Support expansion into new and underpenetrated markets, including Indonesia
  • Contribute to the achievement of the company’s commercial growth targets through strong leadership and execution

Job Requirements

  • Strong experience in commercial leadership, preferably within FMCG, food brand, or consumer goods industries
  • Proven track record in expanding brands across regional markets through the right channel and distribution strategy
  • Good understanding of pricing, channel sales, brand distribution, and route-to-market planning
  • Experience in managing senior commercial teams / country managers across multiple markets
  • Strong business development mindset with the ability to drive market expansion and revenue growth
  • Familiarity with ASEAN markets and regional distribution networks would be highly preferred
