Job Description

As a Relationship Manager, you'll be responsible for managing and developing relationships with high-profile clients to drive business growth and meet strategic objectives. You'll provide exceptional customer service with the provision of financial solutions while managing operational risk and regulatory requirements.

  • Acquiring and retaining a portfolio of priority clients.
  • Cross-selling wealth management products and services to customers.
  • Providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with clients.
  • Contributing to the overall success of the branch by achieving business performance measures.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of five (5) years of proven and progressive wealth sales experience or equivalent.
  • Strong understanding of financial planning fundamentals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with clients.
  • Proven track record in sales and customer service.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Must possess the required licenses: PCE, CEILI, FIMM, TBE & IPPC.
