Job Description
The Research Analyst is responsible for conducting industry and market research to support IPO-related projects and other research assignments. The role involves preparing high-quality research reports, collecting and analysing data, and contributing to the development of Business Overview, Industry Research, Risk Factors, and Management Discussion & Analysis (MD&A) sections for IPO prospectuses. The Research Analyst works closely with the Research Manager to ensure research deliverables are accurate, insightful, and completed within project timelines.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Finance, Business, Accounting, or a related field.
- 3–4 years of experience in market research, industry research, IPO research, or consulting.
- Strong experience conducting independent market and industry research.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong analytical, research, and report writing skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to deliver accurate, high-quality research reports.
- Candidates from Frost & Sullivan, competitor research firms, or similar research backgrounds are highly preferred.
