Job Description

Our client is a growing research and advisory firm who is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Research Analyst to support our team in in data collection, analysis, and interpretation across various industries. The ideal candidate is proactive and resourceful, with the ability to navigate research challenges and ensure timely, accurate project completion.

• Assist in research report and business plan development, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output that meets client expectations.
• Collect, clean, and systematically organize data from various secondary sources and primary interviews with industry stakeholders, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and proper referencing.
• Analyze research data, derive industry insights, estimate market sizes and shares, and contribute to public reporting with robust accuracy.
• Collaborate with the team in research, data interpretation, and client interactions, including progress updates.
• Identify alternative data sources and methodologies to overcome research challenges, guiding team members in resolving obstacles.
• Maintain quality control through thorough reviews, ensuring data integrity, consistency, and clear reporting.
• Develop concise reports, presentations, and case studies while maintaining an updated research database.
• Provide administrative and sales-related support to the manager as required.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (preferable in Economics, Finance or Business).
• 1-3 years of market research experience with strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
• Preferably experienced in IPO-related research and analysis.
• Expertise in market estimation and modeling (preferred).
• Strong client orientation with the ability to understand requirements, design research frameworks, and deliver projects on time.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data & information.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and research databases.
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills in English.
• Detail-oriented, disciplined, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
• Experience in research, due diligence, and strategic thinking.
• Able to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
