Job Description

Core Sales & Client Management

  • Make outbound sales calls to assigned customers to achieve sales targets 
  • Act as the main point of contact between customers, sales channels, and internal teams
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry contacts  

Business Development & Strategy

  • Identify and profile target accounts 
  • Gather market intelligence (customers and competitors)
  • Provide alternative product solutions (e.g., replacement for end-of-life parts)  

Negotiation & Problem Solving

  • Negotiate contract terms with clients
  • Solve customer and sales challenges creatively to meet objectives

Travel & Engagement

  • Travel locally and internationally to meet key customers when required

Job Requirements

Preferred: 1–3 years of experience in:

  • Sales
  • Account management
  • Business development

Advantage: Experience in B2B sales, electronics, or supply chain industry

Fresh graduates can be considered if they demonstrate:

  • Strong drive to achieve targets
  • Willingness to learn quickly
  • Confidence in communication
