Job Overview:

We are looking for a friendly, confident, and customer-oriented Sales Consultant/Beauty Advisor to join our team. You will be responsible for assisting customers, recommending suitable beauty products, and achieving sales targets while providing an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in understanding and selecting suitable beauty products based on their needs.
• Introduce and explain product features, benefits, promotions, and usage.
• Provide professional and friendly customer service throughout the sales process.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets through effective selling and upselling.
• Build good relationships with customers and encourage repeat purchases.
• Maintain product displays, stock levels, and overall cleanliness of the sales area.
• Stay updated on product knowledge, beauty trends, and promotions.
• Handle customer enquiries and provide appropriate recommendations.
• Support daily store operations and other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements

• Minimum SPM qualification; Diploma/Degree holders are welcome.
• SPM leavers and fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Previous sales, beauty, retail, or customer service experience is an advantage but not required.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, confident, positive, and comfortable interacting with customers.
• Passionate about beauty, skincare, wellness, or retail.
• Willing to learn and able to work towards sales targets.
• Able to work on weekends and public holidays when required.
