Job Description

  • Assist in the sales and marketing aspect of works   
  • Assist in the issuance of job sheets, monitoring, follow up & arrangement of installation schedule.   
  • Assist in preparing of quotation, invoices & delivery orders 
  • Arrangement of entry pass & obtain approval from dept stores/mall management/KLIA for installation   
  • Responsible for handling incoming calls & job orders via emailed   
  • Critical and Administrative duties such as filing and typing  
  • Any other responsibilities and duties that may be assigned from time to time

Job Requirements

  • Preferably candidates with SPM/ STPM / Certificate or equivalent & certificate in Accounting would be an added advantage with minimum 1 or 2 years of working experience   
  • Computer Literate (Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Internet Explorer)   
  • Able to interact with multiple levels of management and customers & effectively meet deadlines. Independent and quick learner.   
  • Able to work independently and self-motivated.   
  • Candidates able to start work immediately are encourage to apply; Proficient in English and BM and able to converse in Chinese dialect is an added advantage   
  • Possess own transport.   
  • Pleasant personality, positive attitude & initiative to learn   
  • Applicants should be Malaysian citizens.
