Job Description

This role supports the Sales team in managing customer accounts and coordinating the full order process within a manufacturing environment. You will work closely with internal departments and overseas counterparts to ensure smooth communication and accurate documentation.

The position requires strong coordination skills, especially in managing quotations, production updates, and delivery timelines. It offers hands-on exposure to commercial operations and cross-border collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Order Coordination

• Support Sales Manager in managing customer accounts
• Prepare quotations, sales orders and invoices
• Track order progress from confirmation to delivery

Cross-Border Liaison

• Communicate with China HQ regarding specifications and timelines
• Coordinate updates between sales, production and logistics

Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain accurate sales records and reports
• Handle customer inquiries and after-sales follow-ups

Job Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Business, Marketing or related field
• Minimum 2–3 years experience in Sales Coordination / Sales Admin role
• Experience in manufacturing or trading company preferred
• Familiar with quotation preparation, order processing & sales documentation
• Mandarin REQUIRED (liaising with China counterparts)
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple orders simultaneously
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic reporting
