Job Description

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Liaise with Supplier/Customer

• Expedite delivery for short lead-time orders and monitor overdue PO.
• Plan weekly/monthly sea shipment for oversea suppliers/customers to ensure minimize the shipping cost.
• Cancellation & amendment of quantity and due date.
• Request to submit FOC sample and others related document e.g. Material Certificate, Salt Spray Test Report & etc.
• Feedback on quality issue and arrange NG sample so suppliers and follow-up counter measure report.
• Follow-up on Reject/shortage replacement.
• Follow-up Supplier/Customer New/Amendment drawing’s acknowledgement.
• Issue supplier/customer CN/DN request form e.g. Reject, shortage, excess, freight & etc.

2. Forecast Planning

• Monitoring customer forecast and issue Purchase Requisition.
• Perform internal stock transfer if other customer has excess stock.
• Negotiate with customer on freight cost if necessary.
• Issue cancellation to maker if reduce on forecast quantity.

3. Inventory Stock Control

• Monitor inventory to minimize the stock level at all times.
• Negotiate with customer for slow moving stock.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in any field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Sales Admin or Sales Support.
• Someone from the similar industry such as component manufacturing, general manufacturing will be added advantage.
