Job Description

This role combines sales and design coordination within interior design and renovation projects. You will engage directly with clients to understand their requirements, propose suitable design solutions, and support the sales process through quotation and proposal preparation.

The position works closely with designers and project teams to ensure that proposed designs are translated effectively into executed projects, meeting client expectations, timelines, and commercial objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Client Engagement & Sales Support

• Meet clients to understand design and renovation requirements
• Conduct site visits and collect project information
• Present design concepts and proposals to clients

Design & Quotation Coordination

• Prepare quotations and basic visuals based on client needs
• Support layout planning and material selection
• Coordinate with designers on design execution

Project Follow-up

• Liaise with project teams to ensure smooth handover
• Monitor project progress against timelines
• Support sales targets and overall project delivery

Job Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Interior Design, Design, or relevant field
• Minimum 3 years experience as a Sales Designer / ID Sales role
• Background in interior design with basic understanding of drawings and materials
• Experience handling client meetings, site visits, and quotations
• Familiar with AutoCAD / basic 3D / Photoshop (added advantage)
• Sales-driven, detail-oriented, and able to work towards KPIs
• Good command of English and Mandarin
• Possess own transport
