Job Description
- Develop an in-depth understanding of all company products, including solar window tinting, paint protection film (PPF), and vehicle vinyl wraps.
- Sales & Customer Engagement: Effectively present product features and value propositions to prospective clients to build trust and drive sales conversions.
- Channel Partner Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with sales advisors at 4S dealerships to generate continuous client referrals.
- Task Execution & Accountability: Demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility, proactive work ethic, and efficient execution of tasks assigned by the store manager.
Job Requirements
- Familiar with modern digital and social media platforms, with active personal usage of TikTok, RED (Xiaohongshu), and Facebook.
- Trend & Platform Awareness: Kept up-to-date with social media trends, viral content formats, user preferences, and platform dynamics.
