Job Description

Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in driving new business development and expanding our customer base.

Responsibilities:

  • Identifying and prospecting for new sales opportunities within your assigned territory
  • Engaging with potential clients to understand their needs and present our product and service offerings
  • Negotiating and closing sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle
  • Maintaining detailed records of all sales activities and pipeline management in our CRM system
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and execute targeted campaigns
  • Continuously learning about our products, services, and industry to become a trusted advisor to our client
  • Follow up for customer's outstanding collection
  • Achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets

Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in new business development or sales, preferably within the electronics, Public Address Systems, Audio System, or Security System industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build lasting relationships with clients
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience with CRM software
  • Ambitious and self-motivated, with a drive to succeed and a keen interest in sales and business development
  • Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
  • Fresh graduate or experienced candidate with Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
