Job Description

Job Summary:

  • The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving the sales and market expansion of heavy-duty trucks and dump trucks in the local market. This role involves developing and executing sales strategies, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and ensuring the successful delivery of products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the sales and market expansion of heavy-duty trucks and dump trucks in the local market. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company sales targets.
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships, providing professional product solutions.
  • Analyze market dynamics, understand industry trends and competitors, adjust market strategies in a timely manner, and enhance brand influence.
  • Participate in marketing activities such as trade shows, product demonstrations, and client meetings to increase brand awareness.
  • Coordinate internal company resources to ensure smooth processes in sales, delivery, after-sales service, etc., and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze and report sales data, regularly reporting market conditions and sales performance to management.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Sales, Marketing, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
  • At least 1 year of sales experience in the construction machinery, heavy equipment, or related industry, with experience in selling heavy-duty trucks and dump trucks preferred.
  • At least 1 year of sales experience (B2B - Business to Business) from different industry can be considered.
  • Minor sales experience with mechanical engineering background can be considered as well.
  • Good market expansion, customer management, and business negotiation skills.
  • Familiarity with the local market environment, with a good industry network and connections preferred.
  • Strong sense of responsibility, able to work under pressure, and willing to travel for business trips.
  • Excellent communication skills, fluent in both English and Bahasa Malaysia; knowledge of Mandarin is a plus.
  • Willing to work in Petaling Jaya, Selangor.
  • Willing to travel for client meetings.
