Job Description

Sales & Customer Engagement

  • Respond to customer enquiries related to home EV charger supply and installation
  • Follow up with leads and prospects through WhatsApp, phone calls, email, and other assigned channels
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable EV charging solutions
  • Explain product features, charging considerations, and installation requirements in a clear and professional manner
  • Build trust with customers and guide them through the sales process from enquiry to confirmation

Sales Coordination & Conversion

  • Prepare and support quotations, proposals, and customer follow-up actions
  • Coordinate with internal teams for site inspection arrangements, technical clarification, and scheduling
  • Assist in collecting the necessary customer information for processing and project execution
  • Support payment follow-up and confirmation processes where required
  • Maintain proper records of enquiries, customer progress, and sales activities

Field Support & Business Development

  • Attend site visits, meetings, or customer appointments when required
  • Support occasional outstation and interstate travel for business purposes
  • Represent the company professionally during all customer-facing interactions
  • Contribute feedback from customer interactions to improve sales process and service quality

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Excellent command of English is required, both spoken and written
  • Ability to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia or Chinese is an added advantage
  • Possess own vehicle and valid driving licence
  • Willing to travel occasionally, including outstation or interstate travel when required
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive, responsible, and willing to learn
  • Interest in sales, customer service, and EV-related solutions is an advantage
