Job Summary

This job is a Sales Executive role focused on building relationships, generating leads, and managing projects for Company's products. You might like this job because you'll have the opportunity to work closely with distributors and achieve individual and group KPIs.

Job Description

  • Key account penetration: Dealers, Fabricator, contractors, and related parties to specify Company's products
  • Report and manage all data in CRM (salesforce.com) system such as project record files, customer data file, daily visit report and others.
  • Responsible to build up project pipeline for Central Region.
  • Hunting for new leads and create business opportunities
  • Plan and execute business strategies
  • To work hand in hand with distributor to win specification projects
  • Collect the market information concerning competitors, changes in market
  • Customer relationship management to meet customer satisfaction including product presentation, product demonstration, technical support and attending product claim
  • Responsible to achieve individual and group KPI
  • Other tasks given by Superior

Job Requirements

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • At least 2years in working experience as sales role
  • Experience in Construction Project sales, other surfacing material (Laminate, Wallpaper, Carpets etc) will definitely be an advantage.
  • Good written and spoken English and Chinese is preferred
  • Result-orientated
  • Independent, creative and resourceful
  • Market analysis skills
  • Ability to work as a team
  • Able to work under high pressure
  • Hardworking, honest and cooperative with positive attitude
  • Passionate on meeting new people
  • Willing to travel outstation if needed.
  • Must be own transport
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM system
