Job Description

• We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Sales Executive to develop and grow our motorcycle business in Johor and the surrounding regions. The candidate will be responsible for driving aggressive growth through new customers.
• Candidates with experience in motorcycle tyres, spare parts, lubricants, batteries, or related automotive products are strongly encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow existing motorcycle dealer and workshop accounts. 
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in assigned territory. 
• Conduct regular dealer visits to build strong customer relationships. 
• Promote company products, promotions, and sales programs. 
• Achieve monthly sales targets and collection KPIs. 
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback. 
• Prepare quotations, follow up on orders, and coordinate deliveries. 
• Ensure timely payment collection from customers. 
• Work closely with internal teams on stock planning and customer support.
• Maintain accurate sales reports and customer records. 
• Participate in trade events, roadshows, and promotional activities when required. 

Job Requirements

• Minimum SPM / Diploma in Business, Marketing, or related field. 
• At least 2 years of sales experience in the motorcycle, automotive, tyre, lubricant, battery, or spare parts industry.
• Existing network with motorcycle dealers/workshops is an added advantage. 
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. 
• Self-motivated and target-oriented. 
• Able to travel frequently within Johor and surrounding areas. 
• Possess valid driving license and own transport. 
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and reporting.
