Job Description

1. Client Servicing & Relationship Management

  • Follow up with existing clients and develop new business opportunities.
  • Understand client requirements and translate them into clear project briefs.
  • Maintain strong communication with clients throughout project timelines.
  • Handle enquiries, quotations, and negotiation professionally.

2. POSM & Project Coordination

  • Manage POSM projects from briefing to delivery.
  • Coordinate with design, production, and installation teams.
  • Ensure deadlines, specifications, and quality expectations are met.
  • Monitor project costing and profitability awareness.

3. Sales Target & Pipeline Development

  • Achieve monthly sales targets set by management.
  • Build long-term relationships with FMCG, retail, and corporate clients.
  • Prepare proposals and presentations when required.
  • Identify upselling opportunities (fabrication, activation, display units, events).

4. Documentation & Reporting

  • Prepare quotations, follow-ups, and project updates
  • Maintain accurate CRM/client records
  • Track project progress and payment collection status


Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2–3 years experience in POSM / branding / event / activation industry.
  • Familiar with fabrication workflow, materials, and production timeline.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Independent, responsible, and proactive attitude.
  • Basic understanding of costing structure is an advantage.
  • Mandarin-speaking ability preferred to support communication with key clients and suppliers.

KPI Expectations (Within first 6 Months):

  • Build active client pipeline
  • Handle minimum 3–5 live projects per month
  • Support proposal conversion improvement
  • Achieve progressive monthly sales contribution
