Job Description

• Achieve Sales Targets: Consistently meet and exceed individual and team sales goals.
• Sales Process Execution: Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting and qualifying leads to closing sales and processing orders accurately.
• Client Visitation & Revenue Growth: Manage client visitation and drive revenue growth from existing clients.
• Store Presentation: Ensure the sales floor is well-presented, products are displayed effectively, and promotional materials are current.
• Outreach & Promotion: Actively participate in promotional activities, product launches, and potentially represent the company at events or off-site locations as required.
• Reporting & Administration: Maintain accurate customer records & sales reports. Perform basic sales-related administrative tasks using Microsoft Office.
• Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues, warehouse staff, and technical support to ensure seamless customer experiences.
• Market Intelligence: Gather and report customer feedback and market trends to management.
• Travel: Be willing and able to undertake outstation travel as required for client meetings, store support, or promotional events.

Job Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of proven sales experience, specifically within a retail environment. IT retail experience is a significant advantage.
• Education: Preferably possesses STPM, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Technical Skills: Preferably possesses basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook for reporting and communication.
• Language Skills: Essential fluency in both Bahasa Malaysia and English, written and spoken.
• Highly Desirable: Proficiency in Mandarin, spoken. Additional dialects are a significant plus point.
• Transport: Must possess own car due to potential travel requirements.
• Driving License: Possession of a valid driver's license is required due to potential travel requirements.
