Job Description

A fast-growing logistics company that offers a full suite of logistics and freight forwarding services to APAC, US and European countries. 

We are looking for a Sales Manager with proven sales experience and strong leadership qualities to drive business growth. The ideal candidate will bring confidence, a solid track record in sales, and the ability to lead and mentor a sales team while building long-term relationships with clients across the logistics industries. 

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the freight forwarding industry (air, sea, and land freight).
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Maintain and grow existing client accounts through relationship management and solution-based selling.
  • Collaborate with internal operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
  • Prepare and deliver high-quality proposals and presentations tailored to customer needs.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth or differentiation.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to senior management.
  • Mentor and support junior sales team members where necessary.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience (5+ years) in sales within the freight forwarding/logistics industry.
  • Strong knowledge of international shipping and logistics solutions (air freight, ocean freight, customs brokerage, etc.).
  • Demonstrated ability to develop new business and close deals.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong network of industry contacts is a plus.
