Job Description

  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers to ensure continued business growth and satisfaction.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and cold calling.
  • Explore, analyze, and capture emerging opportunities within the HVAC and chiller systems market.
  • Promote company products and solutions through regular visits, stakeholder engagement, and participation in industry marketing events and exhibitions.
  • Prepare and deliver impactful sales presentations to potential customers and project stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with consultants, contractors, and clients to secure project specifications and sales opportunities.
  • Work closely with internal teams to prepare project proposals, conduct presentations, and finalize purchase orders.
  • Manage the entire tender process — from specifications, preparation, and submission to technical clarifications and price negotiations.
  • Analyze market needs and trends, working alongside the marketing and product teams to align product development and pricing strategies.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies in consultation with management.
  • Prepare regular market intelligence reports, sales forecasts, and progress updates.
  • Participate actively in monthly sales meetings and performance reviews.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years of sales experience in chiller and/or HVAC systems, preferably with manufacturers such as Daikin, Trane, York, Carrier, Smardt, or Dunham-Bush.
  • Strong business development skills with proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Presentable, outgoing, and confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
  • Able to work independently under pressure while managing multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
