Job Description

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Responsible for the sales and market expansion of the crane equipment in the Malaysian market, formulating and implementing sales strategies to achieve company sales targets.
    • Develop and maintain customer relationships, providing professional product solutions.
    • Analyze market trends, understand industry dynamics and competitor activities, and adjust market strategies in a timely manner to enhance brand influence.
    • Participate in marketing activities such as exhibitions, product demonstrations, and customer meetings to increase brand awareness.
    • Coordinate internal company resources to ensure smooth execution of sales, delivery, and after-sales services, enhancing customer satisfaction.
    • Analyze sales data and prepare reports, regularly updating management on market conditions and sales performance.

Job Requirements

    Job Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in marketing, mechanical engineering, or related fields.
    • At least 2 years of sales experience in construction machinery, heavy equipment, or related industries, with crane sales experience preferred.
    • Strong market expansion, customer management, and business negotiation skills.
    • Familiar with the Malaysian market environment, with extensive industry resources and connections preferred.
    • Proven experience in team management, with the ability to effectively motivate and guide the sales team to achieve targets.
    • Strong sense of responsibility, able to work under pressure, and willing to travel.
    • Excellent communication skills, fluent in both English and Chinese; proficiency in Malay is a plus.
