Job Overview:

  • We are seeking a high-caliber Regional Sales Manager to spearhead our expansion across the Northern Region. This role is designed for a strategic "hunter" with a deep network in the home appliance dealership sector and a proven track record of opening new markets. As the Northern Region lead, you will focus on high-growth dealership expansion (Chain stores) while providing tactical support at consumer-facing exhibitions.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Market Expansion (80% Focus): Identify, negotiate, and onboard new dealership accounts and major chain stores within the Northern Region.
  • Dealer Management: Maintain and grow existing relationships, ensuring our brand is prioritized within the dealer’s portfolio.
  • B2C Exhibition Support (20% Focus): Represent the brand at key events (e.g., Home Living Expos). You will work alongside dealers to drive consumer sales and enhance brand visibility.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute sales strategies tailored to the Northern market to meet and exceed monthly/quarterly targets.
  • Market Intelligence: Provide feedback on competitor activity, pricing trends, and consumer preferences within the region.


Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • Industry Expertise: Extensive experience in the home appliances sector is highly preferred.
  • Proven Network: Must have established, active contacts with dealer accounts and chain stores in the Northern Region.
  • Technical Readiness: Candidates should possess strong product knowledge within the appliance industry; we are looking for someone who can "hit the ground running" without extensive product training.
  • Regional Knowledge: Deep familiarity with the Northern Region market landscape.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to support weekend/evening exhibitions. (Note: Replacement leave will be provided for weekend event support).
  • Location: Ideally based in Penang. However, we are open to candidates based elsewhere who have a strong track record of managing and expanding the Northern market.
