<li>We are seeking a high-caliber Regional Sales Manager to spearhead our expansion across the Northern Region. This role is designed for a strategic "hunter" with a deep network in the home appliance dealership sector and a proven track record of opening new markets. As the Northern Region lead, you will focus on high-growth dealership expansion (Chain stores) while providing tactical support at consumer-facing exhibitions.</li>

<p><strong>Core Responsibilities:</strong></p>

<li>Market Expansion (80% Focus): Identify, negotiate, and onboard new dealership accounts and major chain stores within the Northern Region.</li>
<li>Dealer Management: Maintain and grow existing relationships, ensuring our brand is prioritized within the dealer’s portfolio.</li>
<li>B2C Exhibition Support (20% Focus): Represent the brand at key events (e.g., Home Living Expos). You will work alongside dealers to drive consumer sales and enhance brand visibility.</li>
<li>Strategic Planning: Develop and execute sales strategies tailored to the Northern market to meet and exceed monthly/quarterly targets.</li>
<li>Market Intelligence: Provide feedback on competitor activity, pricing trends, and consumer preferences within the region.</li>
