Job Description
The Sales & Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, managing, and growing semiconductor MNC accounts through a structured, data-driven, and compliance-focused sales and marketing approach.
This role requires strong capability in technical solution selling, long sales-cycle management, cross-functional coordination, and professional engagement with global customers, while positioning Ferummas as a reliable precision manufacturing partner for semiconductor applications.
Key Responsibilities (Semicon MNC Focus)
A. Strategic Sales & Account Development
- Develop and manage key semiconductor MNC accounts following formal account management practices.
- Drive new business through RFQs, supplier qualification processes, and approved vendor onboarding.
- Manage long sales cycles, including NDA, technical reviews, sample builds, and PPAP / FA submissions.
- Prepare structured quotations, cost breakdowns, and commercial proposals aligned with MNC expectations.
- Achieve revenue growth while ensuring margin discipline and capacity alignment.
B. Semiconductor MNC Marketing & Market Positioning
- Position Ferummas as a qualified, compliant, and dependable precision manufacturing partner.
- Support marketing initiatives focused on:
- Semiconductor capability positioning
- Manufacturing readiness and process control strengths
- Quality systems (ISO, traceability, control plans)
- Support preparation of:
- Capability decks
- Supplier audit presentation materials
- Technical and quality-related documentation
- Participate in semiconductor trade shows, supplier days, and MNC sourcing or technology events.
C. Customer Interface & Professional Engagement
- Act as the single point of contact for assigned MNC customers.
- Conduct structured customer meetings, technical reviews, and business updates.
- Handle customer communication in a professional, factual, and data-supported manner.
- Manage engineering changes, cost revisions, and timeline discussions through formal channels.
- Coordinate customer audits, supplier evaluations, and follow-up actions.
D. Internal Cross-Functional Leadership
- Work closely with Engineering, QA, Production, Planning, and Procurement to ensure:
- Manufacturability
- Cost competitiveness
- Quality and compliance readiness
- Translate customer requirements into clear internal action plans.
- Ensure alignment between customer expectations and internal execution capabilities.
- Support project kick-off, trial builds, and mass production ramp-up stages.
E. Market Intelligence, Reporting & Forecasting
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and pipeline tracking, aligned with MNC demand planning culture.
- Monitor semiconductor market trends, pricing pressure, and competitor positioning.
- Prepare structured management reports on:
- Account status
- Business risks and opportunities
- Market expansion potential
- Support strategic decisions on semiconductor diversification and capacity planning.
