Job Description

1. Concept & Visualization  

• Translate creative briefs into 3D concepts and spatial design proposals.  
• Create detailed 3D renderings, diagrams, and visuals for presentations.  
• Design environments that reflect brand positioning, storytelling, and event objectives. Produce concept art, mood boards, and spatial narratives.

2. 3D Modeling & Rendering  

• Build detailed 3D models of event spaces, structures, installations, stages, booths, props, and supporting elements.  
• Produce high-quality photorealistic renderings for client presentations and approvals.  
• Prepare animations and walkthrough videos to visualize spatial flow and guest experience.

3. Technical Documentation  

• Generate production-ready technical files including CAD drawings, elevations, sections, materials lists, and lighting plans.  
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure designs are engineering-feasible, cost-efficient, and safe.  
• Adapt designs for different venue constraints and local regulations.  

4. Collaboration  

• Partner with project managers, fabricators, lighting & AV teams, and install crews to integrate design intent with execution.  
• Communicate design iterations and updates clearly to internal teams and external vendors.  
• Support on-site design adjustments during setup and rehearsals.  

5. Quality & Standards  

• Maintain consistency of visual standards across all design outputs.  
• Ensure designs adhere to brand guidelines, accessibility standards, and local compliance.  
• Participate in design reviews and approval cycles.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in 3D Design, Architecture, Interior Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, Digital Art, or related field.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in spatial, event, exhibition or experiential design (portfolio required).  
• Experience in live events, activations, or set design is a strong advantage.
• Strong ability in 3D modeling and visualization tools such as:  
• Blender / 3ds Max / Cinema 4D  
• SketchUp / Rhino  
• Unreal Engine / Twinmotion (bonus)Rendering engines: V-Ray / Corona / Octane  
• Proficiency in CAD documentation: AutoCAD / Vectorworks  
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop / Illustrator / InDesign  
• Basic understanding of lighting design, material textures, and environmental staging.
• Strong creative thinking and problem-solving.  
• Excellent visualization and composition skills.  
• Clear communication and collaboration across teams.  
• Ability to manage time, feedback cycles, and changes under deadline pressure.
