Job Description

•  ⁠Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact, providing strategic counsel, managing expectations, and aligning PR deliverables with client business goals.
• Campaign & Project Execution: Lead the planning and day-to-day execution of campaigns, overseeing workflows, timelines, and resourcing across multiple accounts.
• Media & Influencer Relations: Cultivate and leverage relationships with key journalists, editors, and influencers to secure high-quality editorial coverage.
• Content Creation: Write, edit, and proofread top-tier communications materials, including press releases, pitch letters, bylined articles, fact sheets, and briefing documents.
• Team Leadership: Line manage, mentor, and review the work of Account Executives (AEs) and Account Managers, supporting their professional development.
• Budget & Account Admin: Manage account budgets, track team hours, produce contact reports, and assist with internal financial processes.
• Reporting & Crisis Management: Monitor and analyze media coverage, compile campaign performance reports, and assist with crisis communication situations.

Job Requirements

• Experience: 5 to 7 years of proven PR experience, with a strong preference for prior agency experience.
• Communication: Preferably fluent in English, Chinese and BM.
• Industry Connections: An established, active network of media contacts in tech, lifestyle, B2B
