Job Description

• Assist in preparing and reviewing management accounts, financial statements and financial analysis reports to ensure accuracy and timely submission.
• Support the full set of accounts, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), inventory accounting and fixed assets management.
• Monitor and maintain manufacturing cost data, analyze production cost variances, and ensure the accuracy of inventory valuation and stock movement transactions.
• Support month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing processes, including account reconciliations and journal adjustments.
• Assist in the preparation and consolidation of annual budgets, financial forecasts and financial planning activities.
• Prepare audit schedules, supporting documents and reconciliations, and liaise with external auditors and tax agents for statutory audits, tax submissions and regulatory reporting.
• Liaise with internal departments to investigate and resolve discrepancies related to inventory, costing or operational transactions.
• Support and enhance ERP system utilization, including system implementation, finance module improvement and process optimization initiatives.

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Degree in Accounting & ACCA/CIMA qualification 
• 3 - 5 years working experience in account field, preferably in manufacturing industry.
• Willing to work in Hutan Melintang, Perak.
