Our client is an innovative technology firm developing AI-powered platforms that leverage intelligent agents to transform data into insights and automate business workflows. 

As a Senior AI Engineer, you will take ownership of building and deploying intelligent agentic systems end-to-end. You will design and implement workflows that combine large language models, planning, memory, and external tool use — while also delivering robust APIs, integrations, and user-facing interfaces. This role sits at the intersection of AI R&D and full-stack engineering. You’ll work across the entire application lifecycle: from agent design and model integration to building front-end interfaces, observability pipelines, and internal tooling. You will help define technical standards, mentor junior engineers, and shape our reusable agent infrastructure as we expand across domains.

• Design and implement agents with persistent memory, planning, and tool orchestration
• Build modular and reusable agent templates for internal and client-facing projects
• Develop backend infrastructure and APIs to support agentic workflows
• Integrate with third-party data sources, vector databases, and enterprise APIs
• Build front-end interfaces and internal dashboards to visualize agent behavior and outputs
• Create tooling for prompt versioning, evaluation, and logging
• Collaborate with the CTO to shape internal architecture and best practices
• Provide mentorship and code reviews for junior engineers

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent technical background
• 4+ years experience shipping AI/ML-powered applications
• Proficiency with agentic frameworks (e.g., LangGraph, Autogen, CrewAI, LangChain agents)
• Experience with backend frameworks (e.g., FastAPI, Node.js) and front-end tools (e.g., React, Svelte)
• Familiarity with vector databases, embeddings, and LLM orchestration patterns
• Strong understanding of software engineering principles: testing, modularity, CI/CD, and observability
• Comfortable working across ambiguous problem spaces and iterating quickly
