Lead the global development of Generative AI (GenAI) initiatives, leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs) across multiple languages and modalities to power AI-driven solutions. You will contribute expertise in LLMs, prompt engineering, system integration, and agent orchestration using frameworks such as Langchain, AWS Bedrock, or similar platforms.

- Develop and integrate GenAI applications for customer engagement, utilizing LLMs and orchestration frameworks to enable intelligent interactions.
- Lead the design, implementation, and scaling of internal AI agents and customer-facing solutions such as GenAI-enhanced contact centers.
- Architect and deploy customized GenAI solutions on platforms like AWS Bedrock, leveraging foundation models from top providers.
- Fine-tune and assess LLMs using a mix of proprietary and third-party datasets to improve performance and relevance.
- Build robust APIs and backend systems to support real-time AI processing and inference.
- Ensure GenAI solution reliability, data privacy, and response accuracy through comprehensive testing and monitoring.
- Contribute to responsible AI governance, ensuring all GenAI implementations align with ethical standards, transparency, and industry compliance.
- Partner with the data science team to expand GenAI use cases across domains such as document analysis, claims automation, and intelligent reporting.
- Provide strategic input into the global GenAI roadmap, identifying and recommending emerging technologies for adoption.
- Maintain clear technical documentation and foster cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment between business needs and technical deliverables.
