Job Description

Research & Generate Leads

  • Conduct research and analysis on qualified leads and prospects in order to identify business opportunities.
  • Generate leads through cold-calling, management of website-generated leads and setting appointments with strategic decision makers.
  • Propose, develop and leverage on digital content on all of the company’s platforms in order to generate leads.

Account Management to Achieve Sales Targets

  • Build, maintain and nurture client relationships, especially high-level decision makers (HODs & C-suite Managers, with a purpose to grow more
  • business with those clients.
  • Accurately identify, diagnose and follow up with client needs to develop business opportunities.
  • Support proposal development to meet prospect needs and requirements.
  • Track and update everyday business development activities according to company’s internal systems and processes.
  • Follow-up and negotiate with prospects in order to secure business.
  • Manage sales pipeline in order to achieve sales targets assigned.
  • Collaborate with the company's project delivery team to maintain client satisfaction throughout the project delivery process in order to secure repeat business.

Support Systems and Processes:

  • Provide research, administrative and analytical support for Business Development departments.
  • Drive and support continuous improvement projects within the company such as updating of Standard Operating Procedures, tools and template development, and process streamlining.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Experience in B2B roles will be an advantage.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Confident, sociable, and persuasive when pitching ideas.
  • Self-motivated in meeting deadlines and achieving KPIs.
  • Able to work under minimum supervision.
  • Independent, yet able to work in teams with positive work ethics.
  • Resourceful, driven and have an ability to work under pressure.
