1. Strategic Conceptualization & Problem Solving
- The "Why" Factor: Deeply analyze client briefs to understand the core problem before jumping into execution. Challenge assumptions and propose solutions that align with business goals.

2. Mentorship & Junior Management

3. Digital & Front-End Integration
- Technical Bridge: Leverage a fundamental understanding of HTML, CSS, and web layouts to create designs that are optimized for front-end development.
- Feasibility Partner: Collaborate with developers to ensure that high-level creative concepts are technically achievable and performant.
4. Brand Stewardship & Aesthetic Standards
- Maintain and evolve brand identities, ensuring consistent visual storytelling that resonates with target audiences.
- Uphold a high bar for aesthetic quality, ensuring every output from the team is "portfolio-ready."
5. Proactive Innovation & Business Support
- The "Shine" Mindset: Proactively identify opportunities for internal improvements or new creative services to offer clients.
- Pitch Support: Lead creative input for new business initiatives, helping the agency win projects through compelling visual strategy.
Job Requirements
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in graphic/digital design (Senior level).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Design, Graphic Arts, or a related field.
- The "Problem Solver" Traits: A proven track record of using design to solve specific business challenges.
- Leadership: Experience managing or mentoring junior designers and leading mid-to-large scale creative projects.
- Technical Stack:
○ Expertise in Creative Tools: Mastery of the Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects for motion graphics.
○ Front-End Fluency: A strong working knowledge or deep interest in HTML/CSS fundamentals. You don't need to be an expert coder, but you must "speak the language" to ensure design-to-code feasibility.
○ UI/UX Proficiency: Familiarity with modern design and prototyping tools like Figma is highly preferred.
○ AI Integration & Literacy: Proactive adoption of Generative AI to enhance workflow and creative output. This includes:
- Image and Graphic Generation: Using tools like Midjourney or Freepik AI for rapid concepting and asset creation.
- Strategic Assistance: Utilizing Gemini AI or similar LLMs to brainstorm, "ask why," and refine creative strategies.
- Continuous Learning: A commitment to exploring and implementing emerging AI tools to stay at the forefront of design innovation.
