Job Description

You will apply data science practices, tools, and technologies to analyze internal and external data, delivering insightful business intelligence to inform decisions. You will also design algorithms to support AI-driven products. As part of the Data Science and AI team, you will work closely with Product Managers, Marketing teams, and Developers to enable and scale data-driven products. Additionally, you will play a key role in fostering a data-driven culture across the organization.

• Deriving insights from data using descriptive statistics, predictive analytics, and machine learning techniques.
• Supporting data-driven decision-making in collaboration with Product, Engineering, and Business stakeholders.
• Developing AI and ML solutions to address business challenges and improve operational efficiency through automation.
• Creating and presenting detailed analytics reports to non-technical and technical audiences.
• Engaging with non-technical users to enhance data maturity across teams.

Job Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in an analytical or data science role, with hands-on coding expertise.
• A degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience leading end-to-end data science projects—from problem framing to data cleaning, modeling, testing, and (ideally) deployment.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and Excel. Experience with R and JavaScript is a plus.
• Familiarity with key data science libraries such as numpy, pandas, matplotlib/seaborn, scikit-learn, scipy, statsmodels, and TensorFlow/PyTorch.
• Exposure to NLP and Computer Vision is advantageous.
• Understanding of MLOps principles and tools, including cloud services, version control, and microservices architecture.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
