Job Description

You will play a key role as part of the core development team, contributing to the design, development, and delivery of web applications and prototypes. This role involves leading and guiding a small team of junior developers, building prototypes for presentation and demonstration, and collaborating closely with senior executives and project sponsors to define requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of 2–4 junior developers within project teams.
• Serve as a key contributor in the design and development of web applications.
• Build prototypes for presentation, proof of concept, and demonstration purposes.
• Collaborate with senior executives and project sponsors to gather, analyze, and translate project requirements into technical deliverables.
• Ensure code quality, adherence to best practices, and timely completion of development tasks.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree (or higher) in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in web application development.
• Proven experience in leading or mentoring junior developers in project settings.
• Strong technical skills in ASP.NET MVC, C#, Web API, Entity Framework, React.js, JavaScript, jQuery, HTML5, and version control tools such as Git or TFS.
• Proficient in working with relational databases, particularly MySQL.
• Ability to write clean, reusable, and maintainable code; experience developing shared libraries is an added advantage.
