Job Description

E-commerce Strategy & Operations

• Develop and execute e-commerce strategies to drive online sales growth and customer retention
• Own day-to-day operations of the company’s e-commerce platforms (Shopify and marketplaces)
• Manage product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory accuracy
• Coordinate with Marketing, Retail, and Operations teams to align launches and campaigns
• Identify opportunities for online-exclusive products, bundles, and gifting formats
• Optimise product positioning and merchandising to maximise conversion

Website & User Experience (UX)

• Monitor and optimise website performance and user experience
• Work with developers and partners to implement improvements and fix issues
• Ensure the site is mobile-first and conversion-optimised
• Improve navigation, search, and checkout flows - Support A/B testing and UX improvements

Sales Performance, Analytics & Optimisation

• Track and report key KPIs including revenue, conversion rate, AOV, and repeat purchase
• Use data insights to improve product mix, pricing, and promotions
• Monitor competitor and market trends
• Work with Marketing on CRM, email campaigns, and segmentation

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or related field
• 3+ years of relevant e-commerce experience, preferably in retail or F&B
• Hands-on experience with Shopify and CRM tools (e.g. Klaviyo, Oddle) 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 
• Excellent project management and organisational abilities 
• Comfortable in a fast-moving, founder-led environment
