Job Description

• Coordinates the operation of the after sales Operation  
• Manage and perform fleet management – contract termination & disposal 
• Coordinate & work closely with inter – company department on stamping, renewal of insurance, payment & collection  
• Monitor, measure & report on after sales operation related issues 
• Plan & administers on vehicle maintenance related matters 
• Prepares / Compile standard pricing, vehicle maintenance costing and monitoring insurance sum insured value

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor Degree / Professional Qualification in any equivalent qualification.  
• Minimum 2 – 3 years of working experience in handling administrative roles and daily operational matters.  
• Excellent communications and interpersonal skills, both written and oral.  
• Strong command in Microsoft Excel, Power Point and Words.
