<p>This role supports the company’s legal and compliance function by providing legal advisory services, managing commercial contracts, and ensuring regulatory compliance across business operations. The position works closely with internal stakeholders and external solicitors to support corporate activities, manage legal risks, and maintain strong governance standards.<br></p>
<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p>
<p><strong>Contract Drafting &amp; Legal Documentation</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, service agreements, NDAs, tenancy agreements, and other legal documents.</li>
<li>Ensure contracts are legally sound and aligned with business objectives.</li>
<li>Maintain proper documentation and manage the contract repository.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Legal Advisory &amp; Regulatory Support</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Provide legal advice on corporate, commercial, banking, regulatory, employment, and compliance matters.</li>
<li>Support internal teams on legal risk assessment and interpretation of laws and regulations.</li>
<li>Conduct legal research and monitor regulatory changes affecting business operations.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Dispute Management &amp; Stakeholder Coordination</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Liaise with external solicitors on litigation, disputes, and legal proceedings.</li>
<li>Coordinate with internal departments to resolve legal issues efficiently.</li>
<li>Support compliance initiatives and internal governance frameworks.</li>
</ul>
