Job Description

• Lead and take full ownership of the end-to-end month-end, quarterly, and year-end closing processes to ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial reports.
• Oversee daily financial transactions, general ledger operations, and financial module administration utilizing Kingdee ERP software.
• Serve as the main point of contact to liaise directly with external auditors and tax agents to resolve queries and ensure full statutory compliance.
• Work closely with the regional HQ and China-based finance teams to align financial reporting, cross-border reconciliations, and group accounting policies.
• Monitor daily cash flow management, oversee budget variance analysis, and enforce strong internal financial controls to protect company assets.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; holding a recognized professional qualification (e.g., ACCA, CPA, MIA, or equivalent) is strongly preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on full-set accounting experience, including direct exposure to managing external audit liaisons and complex tax filing processes.
• Hands-on experience with *Kingdee ERP* ( acccounting software)
• In-depth technical knowledge of local statutory accounting principles, GAAP, and taxation rules.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin to effectively liaise with Chinese cross-border teams and software interfaces.
