Job Description

• Maintain the general ledger and ensure accurate financial data across all accounts.
• Manage timely and accurate month-end closing activities.
• Prepare accounting journals, ledgers, schedules, and reconciliations.
• Handle quarterly GST submissions and ensure tax compliance.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes.
• Conduct monthly P&L variance analysis for management review.
• Prepare financial statements for internal and external stakeholders.
• Lead initiatives to improve finance processes and strengthen internal controls.
• Update and document finance-related policies and procedures.
• Assist with annual audits and liaise with auditors, tax agents, and government authorities.
• Support corporate tax, withholding tax, and transfer pricing compliance.
• Participate in financial system upgrades and user acceptance testing.
• Take on ad hoc finance projects as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a recognised professional accounting qualification.
• Professional certifications such as CPA or CA will be an added advantage

Experience:

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a fast-paced finance environment.
• Experience in handling full sets of accounts, including preparation of statutory financial statements.
• Strong financial analysis skills and familiarity with accounting standards will be an added advantage.
