Job Description

• Lead the development of graphic content, campaign visuals and marketing collaterals across social media platforms.
• Manage design projects from concept development through to final delivery.
• Review junior designers’ work and provide guidance to maintain overall design quality.
• Develop strong creative concepts that align with different client objectives and brand directions.
• Ensure consistency across client branding and visual communication.
• Work closely with strategy and content teams to translate campaign ideas into effective visual executions.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment.
• Stay updated with current design, advertising and social media trends

Job Requirements

• Qualification in Graphic Design or a related field.
• At least 3–4 years of relevant design experience, preferably within an advertising, creative or social media agency.
• Strong portfolio showcasing social media campaigns, digital creatives and brand-related work.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
• Strong eye for visual details, composition and overall aesthetics.
• Able to provide direction and feedback to junior designers.
• Strong time management skills and ability to handle multiple client projects simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of social media content and current creative trends.
