<li>Manage the complete range of administrative and HR functions, including payroll, recruitment, as well as office management and maintenance of properties.</li>
<li>Manage and maintain employee records, organizational policies, and employee handbook to ensure compliance and accessibility.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with all relevant internal and external governance, regulation, and procedures.</li>
<li>Able to work independently, under pressure, and with a high level of responsibility and confidentiality.</li>
