Job Description

    Job Summary: The HR Manager will oversee all aspects of human resource practices and processes within the administrative, logistics and warehouse operations. This role includes managing foreign workers, ensuring compliance with labour laws, cultural integration, and fostering a supportive work environment. The HR Manager will be responsible for recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, employee relations, and regulatory compliance.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Recruitment and Onboarding:
    • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and hire.
    • Oversee the onboarding process, ensuring that new hires are well-integrated into the company culture and operations.
    • Manage visa and work permit processes, ensuring compliance with immigration laws.
    1. Employee Relations:
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for foreign workers, addressing any concerns or issues they may face.
    • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting cultural awareness and sensitivity.
    • Mediate and resolve conflicts among employees, ensuring fair and consistent application of company policies.
    1. Training and Development:
    • Identify training needs and develop programs to enhance the skills and productivity of workers.
    • Conduct orientation sessions and continuous training on company policies, safety regulations, and job-specific skills.
    1. Performance Management:
    • Develop and implement performance appraisal systems.
    • Monitor and evaluate employee performance, providing feedback and guidance for improvement.

    • Promote the well-being of foreign workers by providing access to healthcare services and other support systems.
    1. Compensation and Benefits:
    • Develop competitive compensation packages and benefits tailored to the needs of foreign workers.
    • Manage payroll and ensure timely and accurate payment of wages.
    • Oversee employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.

Job Requirements
