Job Description

  • Source, interview, and shortlist candidates to ensure the selection of top talent.
  • Develop and implement employee engagement programs to boost morale and productivity.
  • Oversee the performance appraisal process, ensuring timely feedback and follow-ups.

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards across all HR functions.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of HR Generalist experience, ideally within IT sector and mandarin speaking environment.
  • Mandarin speaking is required for overseas liaising and coordination with Chinese counterparts.
  • Proven track record in recruitment and talent acquisition.
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws and compliance.
  • Past HR Employee Relations experience for a team size of 20-50 preferred.
