Job Description
- Source, interview, and shortlist candidates to ensure the selection of top talent.
- Develop and implement employee engagement programs to boost morale and productivity.
- Oversee the performance appraisal process, ensuring timely feedback and follow-ups.
- Work with managers to create individual development plans for team members.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards across all HR functions.
- Maintain accurate HR records and ensure the seamless execution of administrative processes.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 4 years of HR Generalist experience, ideally within IT sector and mandarin speaking environment.
- Mandarin speaking is required for overseas liaising and coordination with Chinese counterparts.
- Proven track record in recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws and compliance.
- Past HR Employee Relations experience for a team size of 20-50 preferred.
