Job Description

To lead pre-sales technical engagement for cyber security services and solutions, translating client business and technical requirements into well-crafted solutions and proposals, and ensuring a smooth transition from sale to delivery in support of local and international business growth.

• Attend meetings with potential clients to determine technical and business requirements and collate all necessary information before producing a solution.
• Conduct technical presentations for potential customers when required.
• Craft solutions with appropriate services that meet customer requirements.
• Provide technical solutions within the agreed timeframe.
• Assist the team in responding to RFXs, mapping RFI/RFP requirements to security solutions.
• Work closely with partners and licensees, supporting their technical and commercial proposals.
• Build productive relationships, both internally and externally.
• Interface with the implementation/project team for a smooth transition from sale to delivery.
• Assist international business development activities.
• Continuous improvement of personal skills and knowledge
• Carry out other duties assigned by the assigned superior.

Job Requirements

• 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in cyber security consulting, pre-sales, solution architecture or technical business development.
• Proven experience translating client requirements into technical and commercial cyber security solutions.
• Experience in responding to RFI/RFP/RFQ and mapping requirements to security solutions.
• Good technical knowledge of cyber security services (VAPT, security assessment, incident response, digital forensics and advisory).
• Good consultancy, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
